The Mississippi Maternal & Paternal Wellness Support Center was founded with one clear mission: to provide families with the compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic support they deserve during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Born from the personal journey of our founder, Kashuna Watts—mother, advocate, and educator—our center is built on a commitment to quality, honesty, Christian values, and family-centered care. Having personally experienced challenges such as preeclampsia and hyperemesis gravidarum, and after breastfeeding her son for three years, Kashuna recognized the need for a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where both mothers and fathers could thrive.

We offer childbirth education classes, doula support, postpartum care, and specialized workshops like our Daddy Boot Camp, Couples Bonding Sessions, and Postpartum Prep Classes. With programs designed for moms, dads, couples, teens, and young adults, we believe in preparing families not just for birth, but for the lifelong journey of parenthood.

Our families also gain access to a trusted network of OB/GYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, pelvic floor therapists, chiropractors, mental health professionals, breastfeeding counselors, and doulas, ensuring care that is both personal and comprehensive.
